Which hospitals have reached capacity and have they used any overflow. There's a national guard and a federal military.

If the hospital weren't at a high capacity but people were dying at a normal covid deaths rate. There will be no lockdown

people will die either as a socialeconomic consequence of trying to prevent covid or due to covid itself, depends which you think is the larger number. i suspect the former number is massively greater than the latter.

i bet that includes people who die waiting for cancer treatment or cant get an operation on their heart because of covid priorities

small percentage maybe ... lots of folks died in the early part of this pandemic probably of Covid but were not counted that way because there was no test ... also this virus kills in more ways than just pneumonia and breathing issues
