Binnall got his @SS handed to him by Kevin Hamilton. He was able to bring forward 14 witnesses and experts. They were deposed under oath and under cross examination. Binnall was allowed to pick his best witnesses - not one of them stood up to scrutiny. Then he went to the Senate hearing and lied/whined about how unfair it was. What a weasel.

What meets the legal burden of proof?

Imagine paying huge amounts of taxes all throughout your life to have that money spend on special interests and foreign countries when you most need it during a ducking pandemic.

How much of the spending bill actually went to infrastructure? Fixing roads, funding fire dept, police depts, food programs for the needy, etc...? 0? So why the hell do we pay taxes?
