interesting since TX doesn't use Dominion voting machines 🧐

@meglide ummm yeah that's the point! They checked them out and said, oh hell no!

2020-12-23 04:08:25 UTC

Or they don't like them because they can't cheat.

2020-12-23 04:08:38 UTC

Texas style

2020-12-23 04:11:39 UTC

They never used them ... first denied in 2012 https://www.sos.texas.gov/elections/laws/dominion.shtml

2020-12-23 04:14:22 UTC

@Saxson so the problem that they had in TX in 2018 had to be with some machines made by a different company ... wonder what company?

2020-12-23 04:16:18 UTC

Diebold?

2020-12-23 04:19:10 UTC

I was just kidding? ... But they vote early and vote often in Texas...

2020-12-23 04:19:29 UTC

@busillis "From Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. (formerly Premier Elections and Diebold, Inc.)"??? ... @Saxson heck if I know now ... how do you reject a company and still use them?? ... looks like they rejected a certain model of Dominion machine but had certified a model made by Diebold bought out by Premier Elections and then finally bought out by Dominion ... reminds of defense contractors

2020-12-23 04:24:13 UTC

Something else I was thinking about Dominion, people have leveled the accusation that it's in all of these very large cities but if you're selling a product that's just smart business... Just saying.

2020-12-23 04:24:22 UTC

I'm just throwing that out there.

2020-12-23 04:25:48 UTC

..

Usually a conspiracy theory has something somewhat tangible... Perhaps in due time.

2020-12-23 04:47:09 UTC

Dallas in 2018 he says ... well Dallas uses machines made by Election Systems & Software (not Dominion or ones Dominion acquired) https://www.dallascountyvotes.org/new-voting-systems/

2020-12-23 05:00:12 UTC

@meglide Karl Rove 😏

you're welcome ... education for me also

Okay, you guys seems to have come to the conclusion. I believe he was speaking broadly about the 38+ states based on the vulnerabilities they had witnessed when it was decided to deny the systems as some of the vulnerabilities are still present. That said I think there's some questions about contracts between dominion and the other systems but that by itself proves nothing. And to my knowledge NO dominion systems were used in Texas

So no dominion machines. I have no clue on the software.

And the Trump campaign

They are trying to distance themselves but trumps tweets and his teams tweets/public statements would work against them

There should be a way to correlate who puts all this crap in these bills.

So the people can go directly to the offender's house with pitchforks.

Binnall got his @SS handed to him by Kevin Hamilton. He was able to bring forward 14 witnesses and experts. They were deposed under oath and under cross examination. Binnall was allowed to pick his best witnesses - not one of them stood up to scrutiny. Then he went to the Senate hearing and lied/whined about how unfair it was. What a weasel.

Provide the link to what you're talking about. Tks up front.

I've posted this before... If you watch the video of the hearing, you will see the difference in the quality of representation.
