It is easier to observe in something as simple as the word 'racist'. For the Right, a racist is someone that makes decisions based on the color, ethnicity, or genetic origin of persons. For the Left, a racist is anyone of European ethnicity, genetic origin, or white.
Luckily, I can never be racist because of my African privilege. Also I can never be African because I was born in America 😂

It appears to be a predicate of the question. Gender is the expression of sex traits which are biological in origin and then culturally nuanced. For example, in sex valuation per evolution, males are expendible and therefore jobs which are dangerous belong to males. Washing clothes in the river is a female chore where there are no crocodiles and a male chore where someone might get eaten. The cultural expression of gender is a result of the applied sex traiting, but does not change in biological standard of value no matter how expressed.
