In the March bill republicans were trying to (and succeeded ) in getting the majority of the money to go to non vulnerable corporations. The house bill was more focused on ppe, small business , regular citizens and vulnerable non profits and giving them the bulk of the cash,

Is anyone remembering that the covid relief fund from March still had millions left in it, and that this is combined into this Bill. This, if so, then that $ may also be going overseas. I get that media wants to focus on the $2000 stimulus/ relief part of bill but Trump also had other stipulations before he would sign it. I am not finding anything about that part of it. Just curious
