You are correct... Confidence was shattered before the election *by design*. Elections are complicated processes and each state, each jurisdiction does things a little differently. Very few people will know what is going on at all points during the election. If someone was predisposed to believe that fraud was going to take place. Someone's ignorance of the process coupled with the certainty of fraud taking place will result in them believing that what they are witnessing is possible illegal activity.

So, what did these witnesses confirm/prove? Nothing. Every one of these witnesses that has been questioned under oath and cross examined (and there have been many despite right media and pundits claiming otherwise) has not stood up to scrutiny. Every so-called expert has not stood up to scrutiny. There have been cases in NV, AZ, and MI that have heard from witnesses, experts, special audits, and allowed examination of equipment, and more... None of those has stood up to scrutiny. The way one can actually know that this is the case is that not one indictment has been filed from any of these witness statements. And "not being heard in court" is not an excuse - they are separate things. Law enforcement local, state, and federal are capable of investigating every allegation without court approval. After 9+ weeks, I know of only 3 cases that have resulted in indictments. And none of those resulted from election day witnesses or data analysis or anything that supposedly confirmed that the election was fraudulent.

Things have been dismissed because there is no merit to the cases. Even the ones that did review testimony and evidence were thrown out for lack of evidence. It's just a fact.
