@chuchomucho 👍 🇺🇸
@chuchomucho that happens when the republican right is consolidated and putting those hopes in one man. Forgetting other people exist.
@FaithJoy#4161 @RobertGrulerEsq#0555 QUESTION: I am a PA resident. There is a growing list of evidence here - outside of the constitutional violations - that at its most benign insinuates folks just can't count correctly. Yet, our election results still stand certified. Would there be standing for another state or the federal government to sue PA in the future for false election tallies and reporting that meaningfully change federal races (even if we graciously call it a mistake)?
Are these mistakes uncorrected or large enough to effect the result. There could be a issue of competence. Other states can’t sue. Perhaps trump can sue or a candidate in PA , people in PA etc. @Jenna
@james j As they stand now, 177,000 presidential votes that have no recorded voters to cast them. Even if it was an issues of gross state wide counting incompetence - is there no judicial option for a penalty?
Oh no that is true
The republicans were using wrong numbers
Incomplete data
"Now, the legislators have given us another perfect example of the dangers of uninformed, lay analysis combined with a basic lack of election administration knowledge.
"For instance, it is quite common to have significant "undervotes" for down-ballot races in a presidential election, particularly when there isn't a U.S. Senate race on the ballot. In 2000, Sen. Santorum received 200,000 more votes than President Bush, but the US Senate race still had more than 100,000 fewer votes than the presidential race.
"We are unclear as to what data the legislators used for this most recent “analysis.” But the only way to determine the number of voters who voted in November from the SURE system is through the vote histories. At this time, there are still a few counties that have not completed uploading their vote histories to the SURE system. These counties, which include Philadelphia, Allegheny, Butler and Cambria, would account for a significant number of voters. The numbers certified by the counties, not the uploading of voter histories into the SURE system, determines the ultimate certification of an election by the secretary.
"This obvious misinformation put forth by Rep. Ryan and others is the hallmark of so many of the claims made about this year’s presidential election. When exposed to even the simplest examination, courts at every level have found these and similar conspiratorial claims to be wholly without basis.
"To put it simply, this so-called analysis was based on incomplete data."
DOS statement
@james j There are other analyst that are setting forth the same principle from other data . BUT we are walking away from my question, which was not did this happen, BUT if this happened is there a legal option for another state or feds to legal come after us . . .

The pertinent part ^
@Jenna maybe you are taking about something else . What “if” are you talking about.
Other states can’t sue a state over these things candidates can . What would they sue for
Which part
Or are we just being goofy
The latter.
Just trying to get something startup.
