I would just like to see examples of cases being thrown out due to insufficient evidence.....they are all procedural and avoid reviewing evidence.

On more time.... Due Process is not denied by a case being dismissed on standing. Its simply not. I can't help it if Trump's legal teams are so shitty and his claims so ridiculous that they cannot get past the threshold requirements of a case such as standing and stating a claim on which relief may be granted.
If I bring a lawsuit without standing it gets dismissed for that reason... That does NOT mean I was denied Due Process and Trump has to live by the same rules as everyone else... at least in courtrooms.

If you have been paying attention to my comments this is not about who wins or loses this election. It is that the precedents set by our courts in not allowing review of fraud destroys future election integrity. They gave both parties a license to cheat at will with no fear of getting caught. May the best cheaters win!

@Azizah I am truly shocked at ACB, Brett Kavanugh & the others for allowing Hugo Chavez, Iran, China, and a few others to continue this assault on our democracy and courts. we have been infiltrated.
Well Latches is pretty simple... basically it is saying that you can't sit back and wait for an outcome when the problem was known to you well before the event took place.
For example... if team Trump saw a potential problem in a new election law passed in early 2020 but were not sure if it would help or hurt them.
So they decide to sit back and wait.... if they lose they file the lawsuit, if they win they do not....
That is the sort of behavior that Latches tries to prevent.
But generally it just means you cant sit around and do nothing... if you knew the problem was there and chose to do nothing about it then to bad so sad....
Now having said that... I dont know any of the big cases where that was the ONLY deciding factor in dismissing a case

give me a link, I would like to see one that was actually filed but Trump or his lawyers that evidence was heard. Only one I know of was where they got to inspect voting machines and an independent company Allied did find fraud.
