2020-12-12 01:11:20 UTC

chat was scrolling off the page before he could read it

2020-12-12 01:11:37 UTC

He was not pleased. Lol

2020-12-12 01:11:50 UTC

2020-12-12 01:12:41 UTC

He does great readings nearly every day. Great flair.

2020-12-12 01:22:27 UTC

No

2020-12-12 01:34:03 UTC

2020-12-12 01:34:33 UTC

Not till Monday

2020-12-12 01:34:40 UTC

ok thanks!

2020-12-12 01:34:46 UTC

i just got the bad news about SCOTUS

2020-12-12 01:34:52 UTC

i had a question to ask

2020-12-12 01:35:36 UTC

Is good news we can wrap up this malarkey and get on with it.👍

2020-12-12 01:35:46 UTC

someone asked me, can they have 2 of the "same" lawsuits in the supreme courts

2020-12-12 01:36:24 UTC

Like just refile the same lawsuit?

2020-12-12 01:37:40 UTC

Or two different lawsuits with the same premise?

2020-12-12 01:37:47 UTC

no, i dont know how better to ask it, sorry

2020-12-12 01:37:48 UTC

@Madeline, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-12 01:37:55 UTC

yes the latter

2020-12-12 01:38:00 UTC

haha thanks friend!

2020-12-12 01:38:17 UTC

They pick up one lawsuit and decide the case

2020-12-12 01:38:28 UTC

Lower courts use that as a guide

2020-12-12 01:38:55 UTC

this one

2020-12-12 01:39:23 UTC

The scotus doesnt have to do the same case twice other federal courts have to go off what they decided

2020-12-12 01:40:09 UTC

right, lin wood had his case docketed today

2020-12-12 01:40:21 UTC

its like the same lawsuit

2020-12-12 01:41:44 UTC

so, i was wondering did he put it in today because the other was rejected. Can they have multiple lawsuits with the same premise at the same time

2020-12-12 01:42:26 UTC

Hes probably trying to get around the standing issues

2020-12-12 01:43:43 UTC

alright, i was talking to some people, and someone asked that question. None of us knew, and i was like WAIT... im in R&R.. i can ask some of them, they might know

2020-12-12 02:22:06 UTC

What does it mean to grant a motion to file a bill of complaint as per the recent decision in the Texas SCOTUS case?

2020-12-12 02:33:34 UTC

I can’t believe they wouldn’t hear case they just threw it out

2020-12-12 02:33:48 UTC

Sshit fishy

2020-12-12 02:34:40 UTC

SCOTUS doesn’t want to be a nanny

2020-12-12 02:38:25 UTC

Grulin would say yes...multiple lawsuits. Will find out on Monday

2020-12-12 02:40:01 UTC

I wonder if SCOTUS will wait for some time to take cases then take em all...or some.

2020-12-12 02:45:32 UTC

Why on earth would they? 🤷 🍿

2020-12-12 04:15:40 UTC

SCOTUS said lack of standing. Wouldn't the president have standing?

2020-12-12 04:28:22 UTC

how? what part of his Constitutional rights were violated?

2020-12-12 04:39:44 UTC

@Dedkraken Unfortunately, democracy loving patriots are not going to be "moving-on" from the death of our electoral process anytime soon. Especially without having had a hearing in SCOTUS at all. It is a disgrace, a terrible national humiliation and there are going to be long-term costs.

2020-12-12 04:39:44 UTC

@macsen, you just advanced to level 2!

2020-12-12 04:40:36 UTC
2020-12-12 05:00:29 UTC

Probably quite true. Just ironic as Trump is the democracy killing international embaressment 🤷
