Ok so can you explain why the government for example took assets from a company for discriminating against a disabled person

yes i do know how court works

A disabled person (In 2005 i could be wrong) Was discriminated against based on Autism and wasnt hired

The business was sued and the government took thousands in assets and gave money to the person

The government did the same thing

With a gay couple

That was discriminated against

The government cares about people lol

The government wouldnt back a company that discriminated against someone based on a Disability

how do you know the company wont just say the person wasnt capable and the court would agree

If the government doesnt care about people why are there things like workers conditions dealt with

They need evidence for that

also for the disabled person to even take the company to court they need money and if they are homeless which was the original argument they wont have the money to do that and even if they did they most likely wont have enough money for a good lawyer

As ive said before organizations would be more then glad to do it for free as would the government
