(... fuck steelseries, what a waste of money that was)
Cable is not detachable right?
no sir
there's about a meter of cable connected to the headphones for good, and there's an extension with volume control and mic mute in the pack
Sturdy cable or your average thing?
it's braided, in my experience braided cable means it'll survive a nuclear war
the connection to the headset is also pretty big and sturdy looking
and despite having these since Aug 2017 (checked earlier), there's zero wear on anything
So they will surive occasional drop?
Like imagine drop from around your head
dropped them like twice from my table onto a carpet
no sign of damage
dunno from around your head
but seeing as you're a manlet they'll be fine <:benis:239668961011040257>
Hmm, what else is to ask about them
the plastic parts are matte and feel very solid too
literally no squeaking sounds when you abuse them in your hands
IIRC you get two cups too
two pairs
one is foam and one is leather
but don't just trust me, look up a review
I was so tired of my shitty steelseries headset that I paid MORE for than for these
SS had a bass heavy sound, uncomfortable fit, basically all plastic and the "overhead bridge" was just stupidly designed
the only plus of the SS headset was that the mic retracted into the headphones, which was really nice, but I suspect that thing breaks fast as it was all plastic again
I'm surprised no audiophile came here to destroy me yet
It's not <#365921969004216320>
But shit what I'm afraid of is
Spending 70-80€ on headphones
Only for them to break in what, 6 months?
be less clumsy with your tech? <:alismirk:230784726615588865>
>less clumsy
I have you know my mouse which I bought in 2014? still rocks to this day
2014 or maybe 2013
@sum idk about Kingston but when I broke my Sennheiser earbuds years ago
and I mean I broke them, myself
one of the cables was literally L shaped and the earbud was dead
it was 1 MONTH till the end of 2 year warranty
they just gave me new ones lmao
I don't buy the warranty
