I can keep them on my head all day without any sort of pain

2018-07-22 22:51:35 UTC

and the sound quality is actually objectively good

2018-07-22 22:51:50 UTC

if you consider gaming headphones only, then the sound quality is great

2018-07-22 22:52:16 UTC

I'm the kind of idiot that buys gaming headphones because of the integrated mic as I actually use it a lot, and these are by FAR the best ones I've had

2018-07-22 22:52:32 UTC

(... fuck steelseries, what a waste of money that was)

2018-07-22 22:52:34 UTC

Cable is not detachable right?

2018-07-22 22:52:50 UTC

no sir

2018-07-22 22:53:24 UTC

there's about a meter of cable connected to the headphones for good, and there's an extension with volume control and mic mute in the pack

2018-07-22 22:53:44 UTC

Sturdy cable or your average thing?

2018-07-22 22:54:13 UTC

it's braided, in my experience braided cable means it'll survive a nuclear war

2018-07-22 22:54:34 UTC

the connection to the headset is also pretty big and sturdy looking

2018-07-22 22:55:01 UTC

and despite having these since Aug 2017 (checked earlier), there's zero wear on anything

2018-07-22 22:55:04 UTC

So they will surive occasional drop?

2018-07-22 22:55:14 UTC

Like imagine drop from around your head

2018-07-22 22:55:36 UTC

dropped them like twice from my table onto a carpet

2018-07-22 22:55:38 UTC

no sign of damage

2018-07-22 22:55:44 UTC

dunno from around your head

2018-07-22 22:55:53 UTC

but seeing as you're a manlet they'll be fine <:benis:239668961011040257>

2018-07-22 22:56:12 UTC

Hmm, what else is to ask about them

2018-07-22 22:56:30 UTC

the plastic parts are matte and feel very solid too

2018-07-22 22:56:48 UTC

literally no squeaking sounds when you abuse them in your hands

2018-07-22 22:57:08 UTC

IIRC you get two cups too

2018-07-22 22:57:10 UTC

two pairs

2018-07-22 22:57:16 UTC

one is foam and one is leather

2018-07-22 22:57:42 UTC

here's what was in the box

2018-07-22 22:58:00 UTC

but don't just trust me, look up a review

2018-07-22 22:58:19 UTC

I was so tired of my shitty steelseries headset that I paid MORE for than for these

2018-07-22 22:59:06 UTC

SS had a bass heavy sound, uncomfortable fit, basically all plastic and the "overhead bridge" was just stupidly designed

2018-07-22 22:59:43 UTC

the only plus of the SS headset was that the mic retracted into the headphones, which was really nice, but I suspect that thing breaks fast as it was all plastic again

2018-07-22 23:04:08 UTC

I'm surprised no audiophile came here to destroy me yet

2018-07-22 23:04:19 UTC

It's not <#365921969004216320>

2018-07-22 23:04:34 UTC

But shit what I'm afraid of is

2018-07-22 23:04:40 UTC

Spending 70-80€ on headphones

2018-07-22 23:04:44 UTC

Only for them to break in what, 6 months?

2018-07-22 23:11:24 UTC

be less clumsy with your tech? <:alismirk:230784726615588865>

2018-07-22 23:13:28 UTC

>less clumsy

2018-07-22 23:13:36 UTC

I have you know my mouse which I bought in 2014? still rocks to this day

2018-07-22 23:13:42 UTC

2018-07-22 23:14:29 UTC

@sum idk about Kingston but when I broke my Sennheiser earbuds years ago

2018-07-22 23:14:37 UTC
