there not
@DasEwigeKraut whens your german election
@Joe the boomer I've been to the US and some people there told me that semi-auto NATO calibre MP5s are banned. maybe he lied
i heard only .22 MP5s were available in the US
what state
mayeb they just didnt know
Well good to hear they're not then, since they're great and even allowed here in Germany
And no, Bavarian gun laws aren't remotely as awesome as any american gun laws, ain't gonna brag about our bad gun laws
7.5k for a FG 42 is pretty cheap
but dunno if it's an original or a post-WW2 version
When i did voluntary work with the german army in Lorraine, France we did find a hell of alot of still functional MG42's + ammo for it
sadly only semi-auto MG42 are allowed here
Full Auto histroical weapons are allowed to be fired in Arizona and Texas right?
historical*
in most states ownership is small because the real historical peices are so expensive
A full auto Mg42 here in Bavaria is only allowed to be owned if you are a "certified collector" or inherited the MG42. But if you wanna buy a real one and are a collector you gotta pay about 40.000 Euros which is like 50.000 USD i believe
its about the same here potentially more
Damn, i watched a few videos of some people firing full auto stuff in Texas and Arizona and figured i could travel there, pay a few hundred USD and do the same
guess it's more complicated
you can
oh, good
there arwe certain delaers
and firing reanges that rent them out
show you the ropes
and let loose
but they're only in Texas and Arizona right?
theres one in las vegas
okay and nevada, good to know, thanks
Here a rusty (typical conditon of weapons we recover each summer) MG 42 with the ammo belt still attached we found not too long ago. Always wanted to full-auto fire one of these because i only know what they feel like from my grandfathers
In Germany you find lots of stuff like that but don't have the freedom like in the USA
Here is a bomb in the middle of the city center if Munich (München) being blown up: https://youtu.be/Kwjmf5wwLL0?t=25s
*British 500lbs bomb they're also all over the place. makes me wonder if the Brits have the same issue every month
with german bombs
In Germany we have an area (Hürtgen Forest) of which 75% isn't open to enter because it's still full of mostly german Version 2 S-Mines (American: Bouncing Betty Mines) made of glass which can't be detected by metal detectors and therefor mage most of the Hürtgen Forest too dangerous to set foot in
why the fuck is eveyone talking about GAY germany
It's just me mate, and i asked about conditions of WW2 leftover bombs, weapons etc. in the UK
