In a big city like Minneapolis, a big LIBERAL city, there's literally no excuse to be homeless/unemployed. We have so many resources for the homeless here, and there's been the same faggot out at the intersection for years now. YEARS.

No, I don't believe he wants to not be homeless. Why have a job and bills to pay if you can literally be handed money all day, then go home to the halfway house you've been occupying for at least 5 years now
