Can’t a person who hates them also be “forceful and unapologetic”. What will be the difference if me showing love that way and also just me hating them and doing the same thing?
The difference is the Christian intent
Killing someone trying to kill your family is not ‘hatred’
Killing someone that you hate is hatred
guys lets vc
if you can lol
Gotcha
Can’t right now
aight
let me know when you can, I want to have a conversation about this, and present a few hypotheticals so you can help me refute them
Now ‘love’ expressed toward most people especially other moral Christians is the traditional ‘love’ that we all know about
What i was talking about above is how do we show ‘love’ to all people including enemies heretics unrepentant sinners etc
Sure
Clearly those guys on that server didn’t think you were showing “love”
They have a secular view of love and not a Godly one.
love is just when i have nice feeling in tummy
I had my Priest bless my saint benedict medal
He used this formula
yes that's the typical English form of the blessing
Ok cool
And its a cross, so did he have to bless the medal and crucifix seperately or no?
I believe so, since the blessing is specific to the medal
Cool thanks for making sure for me guys
You should've seen father try to sprinkle the holy water on it lol, because its so small, and his desk has like no room
@itslennytime your duty is to bring @Big_tonez back to Catholicism. Get to it.
I just believe the bible is a code for ethics which all people should follow. I was put off the bibles ethics and morality, at first, because of the mystism and fantastical stories. Maybe god exists, i don't believe we would know gods nature. The only reason the bible seems to know his nature is because of humans speaking to god and then writing it down. I just can't believe these people were in contact with god and were more likely very wise men contemplating philosophy and existence.
I think public schools should curb what the bible is. From religion and "the literal word of god" to "the most important book in existence". In my world it would be non religous but still contain the scientific fact that people believed in a deity at one point and this book lead to todays human and civilisation.
But with how unrealistic this is with the demonization of the bible. My hopes are low this will happen any time soon.
Sorry I just woke up 😂
