To only get married to have kids is kinda cringe
I didnt say only get married to have kids
but the intent to have kids should be a factor
from a moral standpoint if you want kids get married. if you just love the person and get married but continue to have sex then you’re just having sex for pleasure which i believe is immoral.
i agree
just doing sex for the sake of it, is indeed immoral
cuz like
for real
casual sex during marriage
is basically just shitting on the church and saying that if you marry you can clearly just have sex
^
You should read the section on marriage in the Catechism, specifically the subsection "The Motives and Ends of Marriage"
Sex in marriage is meant for: 1) Procreation, 2) be a spiritual act between the husband and wife, 3) Have fun with your player two
But, sex definitely should not intentionally be done while avoiding procreation
Nowhere does the Bible prohibit sex for pleasure. In fact, the Song of Solomon roundly approves of sex for pleasure.
Thats what im saying
sex is definitely meant to be a pleasurable act between a married husband and wife
Long live the alt right
What?
lmao
The true conservatives
@KekFromKekistan sorry but this is @Deleted User sting
@REEEEEEEE123 at the same time, morality shouldnt only be followed after the bible
what
@shovel wdym
i mean that
theres some limits
of human decency
as in not having casual sex
even if its encouraged by the bible doesnt mean you should do it
casual sex isn't encouraged in the Bible.
It isn't casual between a wife and a husband.
Im talking casual sex between a husband and wife
This is deeper and richer than sex for pleasure, and it is certainly biblical to appreciate sex as a physical manifestation of God's statement that "they [the husband and wife] shall become one flesh"
^^^
Its more than just casual
intentionally thwarting sex's natural end to procreation is immoral
its like vomiting out food after eating to continue enjoying the taste
Thats not what Im arguing.
