I have a lot of great tips for working out
Let's hear them
What about lifts? Have any of you tried stronglift 5x5? https://stronglifts.com/5x5/
I use a modified version of this along with other cardio and strength exercises. I've seen a lot of strength gains using it along with my regular routine. IMO this is the best program for a beginner to follow as it is quick, simple and very straight forward. There's an app too if you have no short term memory
Why am I getting cringe reacts lmao
Shit you righr
Right hold up
My workout routine consists of at least two to four hours at the gym each day.
.
The workouts can vary but they usually focus on certain areas of the body such as upper and lower being separated.
.
For me I really focus on repetitive exercises such as curls squats crunches Pull-Ups shoulder rolls dragonflies free bar bench etc etc
.
.
But I go for reps of in the 25s x 4 so about 100 reps of push-ups in total, or 100 pull ups, 100 on bench etc, etc
.
.
I don't necessarily worry about how much I can lift but more about how many times I can lift something before body gives out and then I will go up in weight and try to do it again, getting to the max of 100 reps
.
what's more important than working out is diet which is honestly (not to be gay) but organic s***
.
-chicken
-beef
-eggs
-milk
-fish
-spinach
.
And then yogurt, I also only eat once a day after working out then head to bed for 10 hours or so.
.
And generally I just have Netflix on autoplay and I've been binging Naruto at the gym since I'm there for half a day
Pasta
Who tf are you

Imagine not eating carbs
Quit being gay
I like it
What protein shakes do you use? I have avoided them
Don't drink protein powder
It has soy
But egg whites are good
Liquid egg whites
what do you guys think of mass gainers? I'm a lanklet so I have a hard time getting all the cals I need, are they any good?
Not too sure about whey isolate
@father post physique if you actually spend 15% of your life at the gym
They're a really effective way to put yourself in a caloric surplus
Given that you eat until you're full; then just chug a 500 cal shake. It'll put you to sleep though.
