SCOTUS not over. TX suit was dismissed but Sidney’s cases for Ga, Pa, Az, and Wi all made it to SCOTUS Friday and Saturday. And her case covers both constitutional (same as TX) and fraud issues (with evidence). Maybe SCOTUS passed on TX for standing because they knew these were coming with standing, merit and evidence of fraud. She will be filing for Mi at some point too I think...maybe Nv as well, today or tomorrow maybe

God willing they will. I’ve been maintaining a sliver of a hope that they passed on the TX case because it focused on constitutional elections infractions 100% and 0% on fraud. They definitely knew Sidneys cases were coming...4 were at the point of SCOTUS the end of last week and I’m sure they were watching those climb the lower court ladders. TX and all the supporting states and groups HAD to have left a heavy impression on them even tho they passed on standing. The case and all the supporting briefs left a mark tho I can promise you that
