There's always a sucker out there...
Sure I'll haul your skyscraper across country and I'll pay YOU to haul YOUR stuff just for the privilege.

2020-12-16 22:01:44 UTC

If you are happy to haul liquids there is money in that Phil

2020-12-16 22:01:57 UTC

big money, at least in the UK

2020-12-16 22:02:14 UTC

After a few years, I was 90% working for wealthy families, they'd practically adopt me ... give neat stuff to my kids

2020-12-16 22:02:20 UTC

@JP... specialty freight only $4+ a mile ONLY

2020-12-16 22:03:22 UTC

2020-12-16 22:03:33 UTC

I've got 3 French pieces I'm working on at the moment but they've taken a back seat atm πŸ‘

2020-12-16 22:07:34 UTC

Ohh I'm jealous. I love to have a project to have especially during holidays. I've built up a nice amount of equipment for restoring. Relaxing and beautiful to see a piece restored to its glory

2020-12-16 22:07:45 UTC

Will catch up with them at some point

2020-12-16 22:08:50 UTC

Yes its rewarding. It's like a sideline hobby of mine to go with all my other hobbies 😁

2020-12-16 22:10:18 UTC

I really need to watch all 3 live streams again uninterrupted to really digest.

2020-12-16 22:14:14 UTC

That's how I felt about my fixers. Had no trouble selling them, so got picky and would only sell them to couple, preferably with kids

2020-12-16 22:14:14 UTC

GG @Lloyd Owen, you just advanced to level 7!

2020-12-16 22:14:52 UTC

Yep, a bit of heart and soul goes in. Labours of love

2020-12-16 22:15:28 UTC

I know people that made millions property developing over here

2020-12-16 22:16:02 UTC

They still are

2020-12-16 22:17:50 UTC

If I won the lottery, that's what I'd do. Buy an old beautiful house and spend my time lovingly restoring it especially any gardens attached

2020-12-16 22:17:59 UTC

I did quite well. My wife and I sold more FHA repos than any agents in Sacramento County in 1975, 76 and 77. I could show there where to buy thing and how to do some things

2020-12-16 22:18:39 UTC

Jack Frost is definitely doing his job this evening. The roads are bogus

2020-12-16 22:18:52 UTC

Aim for it! Positive thoughts can manifest in reality πŸ™

2020-12-16 22:19:53 UTC

They're buying houses with big gardens over here and building a second house in the gardens. The average 3 bed house where I live is about Β£250k-Β£300k. How about over there?

2020-12-16 22:20:30 UTC

I believe that you ask God very specifically and if it is for you, then prayers are answered in truly miraculous ways

2020-12-16 22:20:35 UTC

I'd address the gardening first. -- allow things to mature in 5 to 6 months

2020-12-16 22:21:06 UTC

The odds of actually winning thst lottery... You'd have a better chance at succeeding at a business that would pay out more frequently
