I've always picked a project, then a language, then used a mix of tutorials and documentation to learn

k ill give it a go and see if it sticks that's my main issue rn

codingame pretty much gives you base code and what the finished product should be

then you have to fill in the blanks

it has varying degrees of answers for you, from tips to the code you should use
