or a 290 even, mine still maxes everything out
at 1080p
Comfy, check if you can flash a 290x bios to yours.
^ key word is 1080p here
probably can, it's the sapphire tri-x
I only have a 1080p monitor anyway
most common one
I think it might be worth doing that
yeah then you're fine, all these new cards are here to push vr and 1440p
i thgought hair was a pita to extract - then i met bird feathers O_O
whats a good price for a 290 tho?
don't worry about it if's too hard m8
£130 maybe
£130-150
used

(which I'm not in because poor)
its cool - just footery
£170 average price for my model
Why is that acceptable?
so you pay more for the perfect pixel version
Because 3 dead pixels on that resolution is practically invisible
I very much disagree
I've got a single dead pixel, and I've literally never noticed it, except when I actively looked for it, and my resolution is lower.
Well, mine's in the corner, and three dead pixel in the middle would be unacceptable
but I think they do say something about that
A single dead pixel is very visible if the surrounding pixels are a different color
I disagree. Either way, you get what you pay for. If I felt the need for a 1440p screen, I wouldn't mind a few dead pixels for that price
At 27'' you can count pixels just fine, they aren't that small
I missed the entire thing about it being 27".
!np
13 mins
bummer
tfw have to make the leap this GPU generation cause 1440p
4(3.5) GB doesn't cut it
3.5 was a good meme
