the reason you're getting the shaver rash is probably because you don't soak your pores with hot water first

you need to get the beard hair and pores hot so they open up and allow for shaving

or you get that nasty rash

and cuts

a lot of people just bang on shaving cream and shave from there

good after shave balm is useful too

if you get it straight away the rashing doesn't progress far
