I got pretty obsessed with it before.
But I overdid it and strained my heart.
I havent done anything but sit on computer for my life and im 170 cm ja 55 kg

I've just cut down. A lot on my sugar and carb intakes.
nobody recommends a range for that
like "oh I ate a single bean, I've hit my protein for the day"
everything macro wise is assuming you're eating enough
I'm still eating protein to my weight.
And fiber to my weight.
but you're not lifting so eating your 15g of protein a day for 600 calories at 5'3 isn't doing anything
you eat protein to maintain your muscle
you'd be better off going keto and burning it off fast
