>calorie restrict
call it starvation m8
<1000 is starvation
It isn't starvation unless you deplete your glucose.
lol is that what /fit/ told you?
sounds like utter broscience
Nah.
I don't go to fit
where do you get your info?
pls no bb.com
i used to post there, biggest collection of retards i've encountered online
And other resources.
this is based on fasting no?
do you refeed?
Basically if you dose little carb and throughout the day of slow releasing starches you should be able to keep your brain and liver thinking you aren't starving and thus prevent your body from going into ketosis, prevent most of the hunger, and lose more weight on a tighter restrict.
that's not what this article is about though, it's about the starved-fed refeed cycle
which I somewhat agree with
You said I'm starving.
Im saying I'm avoiding that mechanism.
>avoiding that mechanism
you can only avoid it so long because it hits your hormones and other things
took months to recover
mostly because I tried to go fast
Those hormones deplete only when your glucose depletes and your body goes into ketosis.
my testosterone was woman levels when I checked it
I wasn't in ketotosis
We're different mang
Im checking my glucose level and I'm fine
what body fat level will you be at at 110lb?
do you measure your fat?
chinks sell some decent calipers
Nah.
At 110 I'm gonna lose some muscle probably.
you're losing muscle regardless
at 600 calories a day muscle and fat go out the window
doesn't sound like you mind, just saying
if you were lifting you'd notice how much heavier everything feels and your loss of stamina over time
I've gained visual muscle size since the start of my diet tho. Biceps got bigger. Don't know if that's from the push-ups and other bodyweight exercises I do.
direct correlation to muscle consumption in the body
nah it'll be from losing fat
you get the visual illusion of looking bigger
