everything macro wise is assuming you're eating enough

but you're not lifting so eating your 15g of protein a day for 600 calories at 5'3 isn't doing anything
you eat protein to maintain your muscle

Basically if you dose little carb and throughout the day of slow releasing starches you should be able to keep your brain and liver thinking you aren't starving and thus prevent your body from going into ketosis, prevent most of the hunger, and lose more weight on a tighter restrict.
