Its an Acer, but its mostly because of the under powered CPU

its got an intel n3530, which is horribly slow, but I'm just learning to program so I don't need a really powerful laptop

But I like the idea of having an extended battery for it, I can literally just close the lid after I'm done, let it go to sleep, I put it on my bookshelf for like 2 straight months cause I was enjoying my new mechanical keyboard, and I grabbed it and the battery life was only down like 2% after all the time on the shelf in what i assume was sleep mode

I would like to get a netbook/tablet at some point, but my wallet says no

I really need to buckle down and study more often, I'm working just over minimum wage in the US right now, so being a code monkey wouldn't be too bad, I enjoy the coding, and getting things to work, but I think I just learn in a weird, very direct way.

Like, in high school, I don't recall the math equation's name that I just didn't get when the teacher explained, I looked at the explanation in the book, and didn't get it, I found a 20 second video on youtube, and instantly got it from the video

I'm learning C right now, but I have some higher level language books I might wanna move to just so I can start doing stuff sooner with it.
