In case anyone is interested, I have been having some problems with my xiaomi mi5. I've put teamwin on it and was using it to install the most recent MIUI global development rom. However, that stuck during installation and now the UI doesn't run. I can start teamwin in recovery mode, but it doesn't recognise touch inputs to the screen or the volume keys. It does recognise the power button, which locks the screen - but since you need to swipe to unlock, it can't be unlocked again.

Should I flash teamwin onto it again and hope it works better this time?

Feck. I flashed a newer version of teamwin (which gets stuck in a bootloop), then reflashed an older version. It doesn't fix the problem.
