idk the only stuff I've used before is medical grade coban

These chink ones are a lot cheaper and good for non medical stuff tho

It's honestly just occasionally useful to secure one thing to another thing

It's not gauze, it's the tape meant to secure gauze.

For certain parts of the pack it made more sense to secure something or patch something with the wrap than with paracord

Pack hemostatic gauze in wound, secure on top with pressure wraps, although coban is not the ideal for that specific purpose
