and by that i mean my windows update is broken
Shut it down without permission?
I'm probably just going to roll it back, and then wait for the next round of updates.

these thermal pads are complete garbage

cannot find the thermal paste in my house
one of the heatsink part didn't match up with the LSI controller
i pulled a book off my bookshelf the other day
and a tube of thermal paste was sitting on top of it
