so it'll probably be a titan rtx but with half the VRAM

2019-06-13 10:11:22 UTC

no the 2080ti super is meant to be using a brand new die

2019-06-13 10:11:36 UTC

if wccftechs leak is meant to be believed

2019-06-13 10:12:14 UTC

wait they really used "super" on card title ?

2019-06-13 10:13:01 UTC

yeeeeup

2019-06-13 10:15:14 UTC

i tried to search fitting enough facepalm image or webm for this but i dont have impressive enough

2019-06-13 13:12:40 UTC

super duper

2019-06-13 13:13:13 UTC

i remember reading somewhere that the 'super' title would have made more sense if they just replaced it with 'Ti' or 'titan' but i guess its still better than whatever the fuck amd is doing

2019-06-13 13:15:06 UTC

Go the way of street fighter titles

2019-06-13 13:16:38 UTC

NVIDIA GEFORCE 2080 TI HYPER SHOWDOWN XXXTREME

2019-06-13 13:17:18 UTC

they could unironically replace it with another moniker from years past

2019-06-13 13:17:36 UTC

RTX 2080 Ti BOOST don't sound bad tbh

2019-06-13 13:19:22 UTC

@Droidbot internet stability isn't there globally for stadia or the xcloud

2019-06-13 13:19:57 UTC

it is in conus, china, europe

2019-06-13 13:20:07 UTC

those are the main markets

2019-06-13 13:20:42 UTC

and for the most part people will be streaming using hard wire internet or 5g, so low latency and high connection reliability

2019-06-13 13:20:43 UTC

>America not being the most important market

2019-06-13 13:20:48 UTC

*nervous laughter*

2019-06-13 13:21:07 UTC

Also most people slept on it and it went unnoticed during the xbox conference but the xcloud turns your xbox one into a server to support xcloud. So you got that hogging your Internet so some other xbox chump in your neighbourhood can play on the "xcloud"

2019-06-13 13:21:13 UTC

Anyway

2019-06-13 13:21:15 UTC

Stadia

2019-06-13 13:21:18 UTC

Free if you buy the games

2019-06-13 13:21:22 UTC

Isn’t expensive

2019-06-13 13:21:24 UTC

Stadia a shit

2019-06-13 13:21:28 UTC

Xcloud too

2019-06-13 13:21:29 UTC

@Tribit no, it's not to support xcloud

2019-06-13 13:21:42 UTC

it's a personal xcloud server hosted on your xb1

2019-06-13 13:21:58 UTC

you can use it for your own out of the house gaymer sessions

2019-06-13 13:22:05 UTC

or share it with your fellow autismos

2019-06-13 13:22:07 UTC

wait wtf is happening now

2019-06-13 13:22:42 UTC

xCloud if good will beat the shit out of Stadia because the games would work on xbox and PC

2019-06-13 13:23:01 UTC

honestly all I want to do is stream Forza

2019-06-13 13:23:13 UTC

so vendor lock in time

2019-06-13 13:27:16 UTC

@Droidbot I'd like someone to look into that in practice

2019-06-13 13:27:55 UTC

Don't they already do something similar with Windows 10?

2019-06-13 13:28:08 UTC

That you can opt out of obviously

2019-06-13 13:28:22 UTC

The distributed content feature? Yeah

2019-06-13 13:28:42 UTC

Who's to say they don't do that for xcloud streaming

2019-06-13 13:28:47 UTC

But it's for updates and only for those on the same network running the same branch of windows

2019-06-13 13:29:10 UTC

Well, because it would be a potential significant network impact especially when it comes to those with data caps

2019-06-13 13:29:21 UTC

And their DCs already have a fast enough connection to the client
