@kaetaa the overtime thing, I don't know if it's the same in China like in Taiwan, but my experience for office work in Taiwan is that people do a ton of overtime, overtime doesn't get paid, but people don't do shit all day. They do overtime because they browse social media instead of working for half of the day

So they don't get their shit done. Taiwanese work culture is annoyingly slow and this results in extremely long working days with unpaid overtime
