thats 70% garlic, some white wine vinegar and water from the garlics pretty much

some sugar too

but i do have self-grown strong as fuck garlics too for foccacias and pasta topping

but that and dry powder and dry flakes are part of my normal usage too

then i have some chili-oil ones too in fridge
