I have 2 yeelights I bought a couple of weeks ago on Amazon because I wanted to shoot myself out of impatience so when these new ones get here all my bulbs in my room will be yeelights. The ones I got on Amazon were gen 1 yeelights and they are probably about 25 feet away from the router and they have never had problems with connection for me

Same with my smart plugs, makes me sad that I can't find those cheaper on chinksites
