I'm being chinked right now on aliexpress, because I didnt pick up my package. Seller always offers $0/no refund. I cannot select "didnt receive item" claim because that says "contact DHL" due to "shipping problem" shown in tracking. So I made a dispute "accessory propblems" and stated that the package is going to back to China right now (tracking also shows it's on its way back)
tl;dr / question: when aliexpress escalated support evaluates a refund claim, do they even care about the refund reason I picked from the form?

- ask the seller to resend the item when it arrives back to them
-pay the cost to resend
- actually pick up your package this time

packages arrive at the customs office to pick up & show invoice, if they cannot process them at customs for whatever reason
and you'll know they all put "smartphone accessories $0.03" or similar shit on that package slip
All of my packages have always had proper value on them, but then again, I've never bought big ticket items likely to have fees
this one was $20, but I've seen wrong declarations on $5 items
