That and nfc are only differences but I don't think you can use nfc on it for anything outside of china

those are usualy mediocre to low brightness IPS panels with at times questionable framerates (from what i have heard/seen) but as second display for laptop etc
they are good enough and lightweight enough
and touchscreen models exist too
anyone who wants diy setups without building their own mipi board for it
especially for €80, when you can get a brand new actual 2560x1440 screen for €140
(he got it for 50 so yeah they exist i just picked first model i saw)

those barebones panels are golden
