@Sapharanth Replace shitty/missing ones on me/roommates controllers. I think it was like $1-$2 for a 7 pack, so I got two packs to have a pair of each color. Vive/Windows Mixed Reality controllers come with straps, but they just have a piece that slides, it doesn't lock in place, so you have to keep adjusting it while you use it. 3x sets of VR controllers and a few Wii controllers to put straps on, so almost all of those will be used when I get around to switching them.

Might throw extras on flashlights or something, I think the copper S2+ didn't come with a strap. This was one of my reasonable purchases, it just looks autistic because I have a giant pile of them in a case currently.
