@timsandtoms you think I should get the normal s2 lg? Considering it comes with zwb2 filter installed it seems nice. Or shell out for s2+ and separate filter?

2019-07-14 04:57:35 UTC

It's 5 yuro bucks difference on ali

2019-07-14 06:15:59 UTC

Recommended wireless IEMs?

2019-07-14 06:16:09 UTC

I'm thinking of getting airdotw

2019-07-14 06:19:38 UTC

Can you link the S2 lg? I dont know that one

2019-07-14 06:21:29 UTC

Oh, NVM, found it, thought it was a model difference, not just LG vs Nichia. I don't know anything about the difference between the two.

2019-07-14 06:29:56 UTC

@Millwood If you're ordering both parts from Simon's store you can probably just message him and ask him to install the filter for you in a Nichia. I'm guessing the Nichia is brighter than the LG? Mine was bright as fuck, and UV LEDs aren't usually too crazy.

2019-07-14 06:34:11 UTC

Or it might be a flood vs throw thing. Dunno.

2019-07-14 06:46:42 UTC

I read nichi produces a little more uv light

2019-07-14 06:46:49 UTC

Not sure it's worth it though

2019-07-14 06:46:55 UTC

I thin lg will be sufficient

2019-07-14 06:47:27 UTC

Is yours s2+?

2019-07-14 07:41:51 UTC

Has anyone bought a good pair of binoculars off Aliexpress?

2019-07-14 08:29:20 UTC

Yeah, Nichia, don't think the LG was offered when I got mine.

2019-07-14 08:29:43 UTC

I need to jot down what's what sometime, and sell off the ones I'm not a fan of.

2019-07-14 08:30:36 UTC

@fam bretty gude, but is the picture that light, or did the printing end up washed out?

2019-07-14 08:32:42 UTC

@timsandtoms just the picture, looks pretty good in real life

2019-07-14 08:32:53 UTC

Pleasently surprised

2019-07-14 10:34:15 UTC

@fam how much was it

2019-07-14 10:35:26 UTC

2019-07-14 10:35:31 UTC

i mean $

2019-07-14 10:58:59 UTC

Any chance anyone has a recommendation for a premade LED dimmer that can do 12v@5a? Tried the real cheapy ones, they worked surprisingly well, but the noise was awful, and the build quality worse.

2019-07-14 10:59:33 UTC

I usually notice the flicker on most dimmers :(

2019-07-14 11:03:01 UTC

like a module or a wall mount one?

2019-07-14 11:14:33 UTC

I'm tempted to get this

2019-07-14 11:17:03 UTC

@Goz3rr Either. I can make a box and mount whatever, I just don't wanna learn the electronics side of it.

2019-07-14 13:59:10 UTC

hey guys i have a xioami portable charger the 20000mah one and its amazing, but it's too big and heavy to fit in my cycling bag so I wondering if you guys could recomend me a thin and light portable charger, it doesn't have to do 20000mah but as much bang for buck/space/size etc
