And that just for 50kg static weight, dynamic impulses from running/walking with it give quite bit extra stress the stitching needs to hold

Buut yeah. 50kg unless you are carrying tons of metal objects or lead... Why on earth would you need such loads

50 kg is like ballistic vest with plates+ whole army getup with 3day bag

Stuffed inside single bag

That being said stuff like loaderframes what hunters use for deer meat could be option
