usually the same way, except in many cases prayers might not be enough.

you can also try and seal them away in a dybbuk box, although i dont use such a method because it is dangerous

well tbh i don't even know if its a djinn or just some low freq entity. It makes a sound similar to water dripping as it moves around the room. Doesn't get phased if I flash lights.

the roof usually makes a thud before it enters though

is it causing any harm? is it giving off a negative feeling?

because likely if its not phased by light it could just be a ghost

if it was an actual shadow person, it would immediately flee any light

shadow people dislike drawing attention to themselves hence why they flee when you try to look at them

if it has red eyes though, then it could most definitely be a demon

it appeared around the same time as actual djinn attacks, i was sleeping in a different room and something similar to this drip thing tried entering my dreams or something, I opened my eyes to look at it and it gave me a seizure

naw never seen it, can only hear, actual djinn always attack, but this one kinda different

hmm maybe? I always hear it, and it leaves in the morning. Maybe I can try recording the noise sometime. Usually it floats a few inches off my dad's head.

there are such things called guardian spirits

some are angels, some are benevolent djinn, some are fairies, and so on

some are even spirit animals

or deceased relatives

I do call on light spirits all the time, it's like calling 9/11 when an intruder comes into my room
