Think Father, Son and Holy Spirit three names of the One God. There job positions. Thus this Trinity they love to call it.

So what. It is just a problem with Hebrew and English and how languages are imperfect.

You understand I believe One God. However I see how they obtain this Trinity belief because of New Testament passages. Let them have their belief.

It is not about truth. There is no concrete proof of truth on this. Just two ways of thinking about the exact same passages.

I even agree with you about how this came about. Church Fathers onto the Council of Nicea.
It just should not matter.

No you have no need to do that. Jesus will judge them as Jesus sees fit. You are not the judge. Jesus is the judge. Do you not agree with that?

Then allow them to have their belief of what is truth. Allow yours to stand. They are not telling you there is not One God.

So. If so Jesus will judge. Warn but do not go further than that. State what you believe is truth. If they have a different view of what is truth. Let them go along with it.

Think. I technically have no real belief in the New Testament. I do not go there. Love means we allow people to even sin. We try to minimally help them.

When I die. I will go to Heaven and be Judged. Or go somewhere and be Judged. We all will go through that. Leave it for then. For now showing love will make you a happier better person. Quoting scripture can help people. Over time if you show love and kindness they may well turn their ways toward goodness as shown in those verses.

Calling them a heretic just turns their learning process off. You do not help. Seems to me the people here are seeking truth. We can help them only through love and kindness.

Sure tell them your belief. Say this is what I believe is true. No problem. No need to go further. They understand judgement will occur.
