I do relax and meditate on certain aspects of scripture.. meditating meaning a focused and objective look at scripture or problem while intensely relaxing the mind and clearing it of any problems i had during the day

I meditate every so often to reconnect with nature as it is part of MY religion and honestly it is one of the best things I have started doing
Especially on bad days it always help
There are a ton of different ways on how you meditate it depends on which one attracts you the most

Well for starters blinking with my eyes seems pretty safe. I do it about 29000 times a day

Until your eyes betray you and you get an eyelash stuck in your eye

Hair can cut skin so in theory there is a chance of it making a hole in the eye

Or maybe eye infection if the eye lashes are bacteria filled

I am a devout born-again Christian and I meditate on the Scriptures all the time when I’m trying to find a meaning for an interpretation that you need.... I get quiet in my own space calm my breathing down clear my head of the days working breathe deep slow my heart rate down and focus my brain power on the Scriptures basically this is called meditating on the Scriptures or the word of God and is completely biblical
