If so, you can refute it as an appeal to authority. And further encourage them to examine the studies properly. And then prove that they only looked at one mechanism (in vitro) that is taught to be the cause, while not looking in case of more mechanisms and functionality in vivo.

Vaccines are just weakened illness or virus, their purpose is to build resistance for that illness... right?
that's their intended purpose as is often told by whoever sells them and their supporters
however, they are quick to dismiss any unintended consequence, like severe side effects and the build-up of the toxic substances (aluminum nanoparticle and organic mercury)
Stating these substances are toxic and that there is no safe level doesn't automatically make you a person against vaccinations

This can lead to selective reporting of results and occasionally, exaggeration. Peer review is not infallible: journal editors might favour positive findings and newsworthiness. Multiple, independent sources of evidence and replication are much more convincing.
