Is anyone aware of The Philadelphia Experiment

Philadelphia experiment was supposedly an experiment conducted by the US navy to test an invisibility cloak technology on a navy ship. The experiment went wrong and people were fused to the steel of the ship and the ship was teleported through time i think also.
More of a science fiction than a conspiracy but its still interesting.
They used a power called teslas or something. Lol
of course I was talking more about the Montauk Project, but both are related
the government will say they were coming up with a way to degausse the hulls of navy ships which is more accurate
but what they won't tell you is the free energy / Tesla / T. Townsend Brown aspect of how they can create a boundary / buffer layer to keep the water away from the hull of the ship by charging it to cut down on resistance and actually move the ship 2 or 3 times faster than its supposed top speed
just like they do with the B-2 Stealth Bomber
with positively and negatively charged ions at the leading and trailing edges of the wings and engine intakes / exhausts
the RAM (radar absorbent materials) are used to make the craft into a giant capacitor supposedly
my understanding is when you look at the B-2's specs, the engine thrust is not enough to get it off the ground when its fully loaded with its fuel /payload
so such a system would help with that
basically an electric aerial vehicle

Why do you think nasa is doing all of this, like, keeping it secret that the earth is flat would require an immense amount of money, millions would be employed with so many things just working together just to keep it a secret that tge earth is flat, but for what reason?
