Philadelphia experiment was supposedly an experiment conducted by the US navy to test an invisibility cloak technology on a navy ship. The experiment went wrong and people were fused to the steel of the ship and the ship was teleported through time i think also.
More of a science fiction than a conspiracy but its still interesting.
They used a power called teslas or something. Lol
of course I was talking more about the Montauk Project, but both are related
the government will say they were coming up with a way to degausse the hulls of navy ships which is more accurate
but what they won't tell you is the free energy / Tesla / T. Townsend Brown aspect of how they can create a boundary / buffer layer to keep the water away from the hull of the ship by charging it to cut down on resistance and actually move the ship 2 or 3 times faster than its supposed top speed
just like they do with the B-2 Stealth Bomber

my understanding is when you look at the B-2's specs, the engine thrust is not enough to get it off the ground when its fully loaded with its fuel /payload
so such a system would help with that
