What I find odd is he was investigating child porn and sex rings. They are saying he has child porn on his computer..not that he hurt a child. While both are abhorrent one is certainly worse than the other. BUT if he was investigating this stuff he may have collected evidence and had it on his computer and they are now trying to use that against him since he is going directly against the Clinton Cartel
