gps already have compasses built into them
In the military you learn how to use a compass and a map before you ever use a GPS
well yeah
i do that in boy scouts
lmao
A goodlensatic compass is always the best way to go
GPS is never as accurate as a good compass
well the human eye isnt as good either
:/
indeed it is not
especially mine, my eyes suck
Get reading glasses...simple
well I do have corrective lenses, i prefer contacts personally
But I'd rather my eyes just be fixed tbh lol
reading glasses only fix those with impaired eyesight
what are we talking about?

oh right
I can see out to 200 yards within 5 to 10 feet like on a golf course on a par three
damn
Sup
i can barely see 5 feet in front of me without my glasses
I’ve always had a really good first sight but as I got older reading a paper got farther away I just need reading glasses for the closing stuff
Close in
Being the company marksman or sniper you had to qualify with good eyesight or you didn’t make it
ur a sniper?
Yep
damnnnn
Was
**getty images pfp**
quick question if u dont mind?
Retired
Sure go ahead
did u have to account for the coriolis effect when shooting?
shooting far distances*
Nope..no,coriolis at all
People have confused something called Spindrift with the Coriolis affect Spindrift is what makes your bullet move up into the right after about 800 to 1000 yards and it’s from the rifling in the barrel and the slowing of the round
what up
okay fair enough lol
no sniper adjusts for the fictious coriolis effect
