this is where i got that from mike
people willw atch that and say no east u circumnavigate though
and they say the sun is so far out they are parallel lines
ive heard all the magic excuses
why does the globe try to hide that
does it hurt them ?
is that what happens on a flat earth too ?
does, what
(happen)
east takes u to the equator
ive debated for hours and hours on end over that
on the globe model
idk how it would work on flat earth
does east taking u to the equator on the globe hurt the globe somehow ?
I just think you would circle around the northpole at variying distances
i dont think so
did u watch that video
u still think that after watching that video ?
i know it was from globebusters but u can do it on google earth urself no ?
I'll watch it
might change ur opinion on what direction east and west is
@jeremy That video had alot of flaws, if you head east at equator, you'd circumnavigate the globe, and do it without no turns, but only at equator
If you are northern or southern, you'd have to turn right or left
How is the video flawed
If you are south of the equator on a globe, you have to turn right to circumnavigate, if on a flat earth, you'd have to turn left
Ok but how is the video wrong
How’s the video flawed
The sun doesn't rise from the same direction to everyone on equinox
Lol yes it does
That’s mainstream science
@Rudi - yeah yep that's what i think too
East for everyone at the equator on the equinox
90 degrees for equator, little less for people in southern hemisphere
East for everyone
@viherkasvi - what part dont you understand though, that..the "turn" would be so gradual and over such extreme vast distances
know what else?...
On the equinox
know what else? ..you wouldn't have enough FUEL to make it "around" the um "globe"
so uh
.
sigh, i wish GEers would Thinkkkk <:BigSmiles:556070613224259594>
