in FLAGSTAFF, AZ. you can park and live in your RV year round...no hassle.. some people there have lived in the lot for 6 to 8 years.. cheap and friendly the Mayor proclaimed it a haven for the people who need it

Living in an RV could be cool if you're traveling around the country or something. Not sure I'd want to live in one as a permanent residence though.
