Not caused by ice crystals lining up

What humidity to cause ice crystals?
That reflection obviously comes from a centre point above us all at any given time
Antarctica is DRY
Or in clouds
But they are both reflective
You really believe they CAUSE that?
How come there's the real sun and we also have a whole sun dog BELOW the real sun reflecting off the clouds in that video
?
I think in the right conditions it shows us by reflection more than we can normally see, I don't believe they are the cause of such uniform patterns
