It is important that you don't try to force change upon other people. They have to figure things out for themselves. Two wrongs don't make right.
You can speak your thoughts and stance on topics, continue to gain knowledge on topics and advocate change by spreading truthful information.
Interact with others and present them with facts and your opinions.
Be aware that there are always agendas present to divide people, to get them to fight with each other. There are also lies and deceptions / disinformation to confuse people, usually specifically designed to target people's emotions.

I am not a fan of sports because sports is just another entertainment, a distraction, which is often politicized... used to sway public opinion
competition can be viewed as fighting / violence / aggression
Too much emphasis is placed upon trying to win / be the best.
The effort could be used to help other people and do more creative things instead of negative / selfish things.
In regards to sports competition, personally I think that if someone was born male, then they should not be eligible to participate in women's competitions. Women's competition should be for women and men's competition should be for men.
Sometimes women can do better then some men, perhaps in this case for certain things, a third unisex could be created... but it should not replace the separated Men's and Women's competitions and probably should not be available for every sort of competition.
